* Design/Build Sales Consultant

* Project Manager

Design/Build Sales Consultant

This position requires at least 5 years of professional experience as an architect or interior designer that is looking to expand their skills and value by presenting to, consulting with, and selling to prospective clients of our firm. Qualified candidates will be responsible for identifying, and/or following up on, qualified leads, advising and consulting with our remodeling prospects to help them shape their remodeling vision, raise their desire to work with us, and contract the business for us. Qualified candidates will also possess excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills to help communicate that vision to our design/build teams within Burgin Construction Inc. This position requires the candidate to have a responsible command over remodeling design, the options available, and the potential for the remodeling project.

Project Manager

This position requires at least 5 years of professional experience in residential remodeling work. Qualified candidates must be able to coordinate project teams, provide quality client service, and show strong proficiency in design and construction documents. Qualified candidates will also possess excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills to deliver projects while maintaining client satisfaction. Applicants shall possess a strong working knowledge of building systems. Must have proven ability to handle this client interface in a professional manner.

Lead Carpenter

This position requires at least 5 years of professional experience as a Finish/Rough carpenter that is looking to expand their skills and value by of our firm. Qualified candidates will be responsible for and contract the business for us. Qualified candidates will also possess excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills to help communicate that vision this position requires the candidate to have a responsible command over the remodeling process, the options available, and the potential for the remodeling project.

* 5+ years working in the residential construction/home remodeling industry

* Excellent written and verbal communications skills

* Creative and effective team player, open to ideas

* Must be organized, detail conscious, deadline driven and multi-project oriented

* Able to communicate across functional lines.
